A VAMPIRE, WEREWOLF AND HUMAN RP
No one sees what’s really there in the dark… They may feel an invisible force that scares them into the deepest reaches of their minds, But they refuse to see the actual source… Something just out of their reach… Something cold and frightening… Something inhuman.
Creatures that go bump in the night? Those are only childish myths, aren’t they? Something you would mark off as ‘just the wind’. But is it really just the wind? You can never be so sure, can you…?
…At least, not here in London. Not in a world where mythical creatures roam. They are what go bump in the night. The vampires and werewolves. Because of them, the citizens of London now live in fear, but for good reason. Crime has become so common that the wail of sirens from emergency vehicles is a sound all too familiar for the people here, whether it’s from an ambulance or police cruiser. Murder and other horrendous felonies are a daily occurrence and blood will often stain the streets…
Werewolves currently rein over the chaos, and as you can imagine, this would create quite a bit of tension with the vampires… but that’s why there’s a treaty in place, so as to prevent the horrific events in 2019 from reoccurring. Surprisingly, for the one hundred and seventy-seven years it has been implemented, it has worked. The vampires and werewolves remain at peace with each other. For the most part, anyway.
But how long do you really expect the vampire’s patience to last?
A mafia titled Izan, composed of vampires and humans, has been inconveniencing the werewolves for many years, yet the wolves don’t have the slightest clue about them. And the humans themselves? Well, they have a little group of their own, Atrum Venator, which is determined to take back the governmental control from the werewolves and claim what is rightfully theirs.
So… how long do you think this treaty will last? ENTER
Please note that RoO is NOT based off the Twilight series, and that it is an intermediate to advanced RP (meaning it has a post minimum of 200 words).

It has been two years since Medusa and her gang managed to revive the Kishin and unleash madness upon the world. Many things have happened since that time, and Shibusen has tried it's hardest to curb the growing insanity. Along with the increase in madness came the spider witch, Arachne, and her group Arachnophobia.
What started as small skirmishes for Demon Tools turned into an all out war between Arachnophobia and Shibusen. Even the death of Arachne didn't halt the battle. There are still witches and the Kishin to deal with, and the Snake Witch Medusa is still lurking in the shadows, preparing her plan. What groups have been formed, and what enemies have surfaced since the growing insanity is a mystery to the forces at Shibusen. The traitorous ways of Justin Law only adds to the mix.
Though, with new enemies come new allies. New students are arriving at Shibusen, preparing for the responsibility of having a partner, and the training they will need to defeat the ever growing number of Corrupted Souls.
Now it falls onto the student's shoulders. Is the insanity going to spread, or will they be able to stop it before another dark time falls upon the school?

The King and Queen Are Dead Long live the queen.
She may not have wanted to be Small Lady anymore, but the last thing she wanted at this stage of life was to become queen! Yes, she may have lived for some nine hundred years, but physically and mentally, she's still a rebellious fourteen-year-old girl whose tantrums and sneaking out of the palace to have fun, coupled with her support of unpopular causes such as Argenian rights have made her a popular target in the media. Lately there have been rumblings about a group of rebels seeking to oust the young queen.
The surviving Planetary Sol Senshi have largely retired to make way for the current Sailor Moon and her Sailor Quartet. They retain some control of their basic elements, and their titles as princesses of their respective planets, but for the most part are now able to live normal lives for the first time in centuries.
The lives of the former Zodiac Senshi, meanwhile, may never be normal again, as they struggle to deal with the stigma of their connection to the people who killed Crystal Tokyo's former monarchs and protectors, took the legendary Ginzuishou, and laid waste to much of the city.
The survivors of that group, the Argenians, have been pardoned in full for their actions by the young queen, who feels losing their homeworld and way of life was punishment enough. They've been allowed to live out the rest of their days amongst Crystal Tokyo's human populace, though they face prejudice, harassment, and even acts of violence perpetrated by those citizens who feel they've gotten off too lightly.
All that, even before a group of strange people came down from the sky and demanded all of humankind worship them.
Court Intrigue is an advanced RPG based on Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon. We've been around for two years now, and are currently on our second storyline, which is a slightly AU continuation of our first. If you weren't around for our previous story, don't worry-- timelines, summaries, and other resources await if you need to catch up. There are openings for both canonical and original characters, and staff will be glad to help you find out where you fit in.
The Legendary Strongest Senshi returned from her quest to guide home the Sailor Crystals she had stolen to find her world-- and the system it resides in-- had blossomed to life. Where there had only been barren rock before, there were now blue skies, liquid water, and all manner of plant and animal life. The world she'd never bothered to call anything but "trash" before has now been christened "Freya", and its system "Asgaard".
While the newly retitled Sailor Freya was quite content exploring and caring for the new beauty of her world, she couldn't help wondering whether the other Senshi of her system had awakened yet, and whether any of them may have been alive on their own barren worlds for millennia, as she was. The sudden arrival of guests from her past has raised the questions; just how much has she changed since her evil dictator days? Are the worlds and people she conquered ready to forgive her? Perhaps more importantly, is she ready to forgive herself?
The Senshi of other newly-awakened worlds in the system have begun to gather on the planet Frigg, along with a pair of Senshi from outside the system seeking an answer to why no Senshi of planets or moons exist in their region of space, and haven't for centuries. Meanwhile, on one of the moons of the eighth planet, the legendary wolf has just come unbound. Is this the beginning of a new Golden Age, or are the Asgaardian Senshi headed for their own Ragnarok?
Asgaardian Senshi is a fancharacter-based Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon RPG set in the far future, on the opposite side of the galaxy. Detailed profiles are required for all characters and all IC posts must meet a 100-word minimum. No advanced knowledge of either BSSM or Norse mythology is required to join. Though the Asgaardians are the focus of the story, Senshi from other places and civilians are allowed. Creativity and diversity in character creation is encouraged-- so long as it fits the rules and our universe, it'll probably be accepted.
If you're tired of joining games only to have them vanish a month later, you should know this board's been up over a year and a half-- first as This Chaotic Universe, and now in a similar plot but narrower focus as Asgaardian Senshi. Things may evolve and change, but this board's not going anywhere any time soon!
Name: Crona/Chrona. Gender: Ambiguous. Referred to as either male or female by specific people. Will be referred to in the roleplay as it/she/he randomly. Age: Unknown; likely in its early to mid teens. Race: Black blood infused human. Alignment: Confused alignment. Appearance:Crona. Class: Meister. Partner: Ragnarök. Weapon: Ragnarok's weapon form, a large black sword. A white stripe cuts up through the middle of it and ends right before the blade's tip and a row of spikes runs around the top of the hilt of the sword. The strangest part of the unique-looking blade is that whenever Ragnarok wishes to speak a large mouth appears right above the hilt in the blade. Abilities: The black blood within Crona gives it incredible abilities: the ability to regenerate its wounds quickly, to turn the blood into powerful projectiles or spikes, and to make the blood so dense that it cannot be cut by blades. Besides the black blood, Crona has the ability to make absolutely anyone and everyone cower in a corner and desperately apologize for their own existence and birth into this world upon reading Crona's utterly depressing poetry. Occupation: Ex-Meister of Shibusen. Personality: One of the first things noticeable about Crona is that it is very shy, in a sense. It draws away from other people but is trying to open itself more to people lately. It now refuses to allow Ragnarok to eat the souls of other humans and while this action chokes Ragnarok of power at the same time it keeps the two from turning into a Kishin. Crona is very easily frightened and has a tendency to cower either in a nearby corner or behind Maka if she's present upon being scared. Crona is very negative about things. Optimistic at certain times and negative at others, this shows through best in its poetic capability. When Crona writes poetry it is so incredibly depressing that it can and in almost every case will force the reader into a corner while wishing he or she wasn't born. It has some bad social interaction problems which leads to Crona saying perhaps its most uttered phrase, "But I don't know how to deal with this!" When feelings of insanity or the will to fight overcome it (Crona is normally very passive and dislikes fighting), Crona has a tendency to utter random nonsense ("The doors open inwards, right?") or say another commonly-heard phrase. ("My blood is black.") Crona's style in battle is very sloppy yet coordinated at the same time while taking full advantage of the black blood inside of its veins. Not bothering to worry if it is cut or not, it will rush to the offensive and rarely will be forced to move defensively as in the case that it has to be defensive, it will be able to counterattack with its black blood. Equipment: Nay. History: [Major spoilers] Born from an unknown father and the witch Medusa, Crona had a very.. rather abusive past. At an early point in Crona's life its blood was entirely replaced with the black blood of a melted weapon known as Ragnarok. Soon after it was ordered by Medusa to kill a small animal and shyly declined to only receive a couple days in a dark, lightless room with Ragnarok beating it over the head. After a couple repeats of declining and being thrown into the room, Crona eventually gave up and killed the animal with help from its weapon.
Crona's past from then on was left shrouded in mystery until it was sent on a quest by Medusa to gather as many innocent human souls as possible so that it would be turned into a Kishin. [ Desperately wanting to please its mother, Crona went to a church in London and devoured a mass of souls until Maka and Soul appeared. Through a drawn-out battle, Crona and Ragnarok wounded Soul and got black blood in his system in the process. Just as Crona was about to deal the finishing blow to Maka, Professor Stein and Spirit the Death Scythe intervened and attacked Crona until Ragnarok tried to reject Crona's body. Medusa was left with no choice but to bid farewell to the meisters and weapons and pick up Crona.
Later, Crona made its way to a large ghost ship and devoured all the souls on it. Ragnarok took the form of a massive dragon and they fought Death the Kid before retreating. With Kid distracted by the glorious symmetry of nature, Crona and Ragnarok yet again disappeared. When Medusa and her pawns made their move to awaken the Kishin Asura, Crona was lined up after Medusa to be fought by Black*Star. Instead of being fought by Black*Star, it was locked in battle with Maka. It had the upper hand against her until she turned to the power of Soul's black blood and mopped the floor (and the neaby pillars) with Crona. Once Maka matched Crona's wavelength she was pulled out of insanity by Soul. Having met Crona as a young child in its inner world Maka then erased a line that Crona made for itself which set off a chain reaction. Crona then began to try and reject Ragnarok from its body.
Maka, ignoring the danger that was posed by Crona's body sending out needles of black blood from itself, walked up to it and hugged it. Crona then met its first friend and the battle was over. Maka and Soul moved on and Crona was left to deal with Ragnarok who was now trying his best to bug Crona by pulling up its dress. Later it was known that Crona made its way into Shibusen's custody and was given a place in a prison-like area to sleep. Adopting it as its "safe place," Crona would from then on sleep and live in "Mr. Corner," the left corner of the room that would be hidden when the door was opened. Medusa constantly reminded Crona that she was its mother and lured the young teen into putting a special magical snake into Marie (Death Scythe)'s tea. It would reverse the effects of Marie's calming aura which slowed down the progress of insanity in Professor Franken Stein so that it would instead speed up the progress. Feeling guilty, Crona drew away from its friends and Maka and continued to do so until it ran away from Shibusen.
Maka quickly caught up with it and Crona revealed what it had done while fully expecting to be hated by Maka. Instead it was hugged yet again by it's friend. Crona returned to Death City and was expelled from the academy of Shibusen so that it could assist in fighting Medusa. Marie and Crona fought a now-insane Professor Stein and Medusa. Medusa had negated the powerful shielding effects of the black blood using her research into it and dealt a heavy blow to Crona using her vector sword. Just before the final blow would have been done Maka intervened. After some time Crona and Maka were flung against a wall by Stein and Medusa sent a quiet vector to stab and kill Maka. Crona noticed this and pushed Maka out of the way just in time at the cost of being hit. This caused Maka to freak out and summon the Witch Hunter to slice Medusa's body and soul in two and kill her while saving Rachel's body. Crona then was given medical care. Crona's wounds have nearly healed and Ragnarok is nearly in good shape to fight as well. Overall the two are in good condition. Character’s Password: Dreamer's Gift.

[quote=OPRP]Long ago, the death of the first Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, sparked the beginning of what would later be known as 'The Golden Age of Piracy'. Numerous as the stars in the night sky, pirates from every corner of the world set sail for the grand line, fueled on by dreams of treasure, glory, and adventure.
Crews were born who's member's names would be spoken of for all time. Battles of epic scope and proportion were fought. Empires rose and fell. At the height of the era, one legendary crew found One Piece.
The Strawhat Pirates, discovered at Raftel the treasure of the first Pirate King. For decades they were the kings of the Grand Line, the undisputed, legendary crew that conquered all odds, that found their dreams and, carved out a legacy that would ignite a new age of piracy, burning brighter and hotter than even the Golden Age, for all time.
Fifty years after the death of The Second Pirate King, Monkey D. Luffy, the new era, the Age of Dreams, continued on. New generation of Pirates raced from the Four Seas towards the Grand Line, each of them carrying in their heads their own dreams. Wealth and riches, power and fame, adventure and exploration. Beyond those dreams, there are the few Pirates who dares to shoot toward the stars, to look beyond simple treasures and fame and set their sight on the biggest prize of them all: To be the new Pirate King.
With the growth in Pirates, as if answering the call of the Era, the Marines began to stir. The increase in the number of Pirates meant that more Marines were needed to keep them in check. New recruits poured in the ranks, some to deliver Absolute Justice, some for the pay, and others for their own secret agendas. As quickly as that, the recruits were sent to the seas to secure the seas from the menace of the Pirates.
Marines were not the only one that was affected by the spurt of Pirates. Claiming no affiliation to either party, they started to appear from all over the world. They live to get rid of Pirates; however, if the Pirates are gone they will be out of jobs. Such is the paradox of being a Bounty Hunter, living day by day on the bounties they get busting criminals, moving forward trying not to bite a bigger prey than they could chew.
On the Grand Line, the greatest of all the Seas, these men clash. Many will fall, but others will prevail and burn their name in the face of history, in fame and infamy.
The Age of Dreams begins.
